4 Ravens Design strives to create and maintain unique, simple, yet sophisticated web sites for companies that do not have internal resources to do so themselves. It is our goal to provide our services at an affordable price, which makes us ideal for any size business at any stage of development. We can help you even at the very beginning of the process all the way through to the end: from finding a domain name and registering it, to completing the web site and developing complementary business marketing materials. Our background and training even makes it possible for us to help you improve your computer skills in order to make your everyday work go more smoothly.

Our services include web site development, maintenance, and technical support; basic computer skills training; and assistance with developing marketing materials. Below is a pricing schedule to help you determine what your needs might be. Remember that your services will come as a package unique to your business. Invoices will be as detailed as possible so that you know you are getting what you pay for!

Pricing:

• Hourly technical support or training: $80/hr
• Tier One Web Site: 1-5 basic pages (graphics, navigation and text only): $800
• Maintenance: $100/month (or the hourly rate quoted above)
• Tier Two Web Site: 6-10 basic pages (graphics, navigation and text only): $1,600
• Maintenance: $175/month (or the hourly rate quoted above)
• Tier Three Web Site: 11-20 basic pages (graphics, navigation and text only): $2,000 (each addtional 10 pages will be $400)
• Maintenance: $250/month (or the hourly rate quoted above)
• Additional components may include e-commerce or threaded discussion capability for $400 each.
• Hosting fee: If you host your domain name under my account, you will be assessed a yearly hosting fee of $25.

Other policies:

• Monthly maintenance fees are invoiced on a prospective basis.
• Hourly rates will be calculated and invoiced on the last day of the month.
• Invoices are on a net 15 basis.
• Fees for initial website development are payable as follows: 50% at the date of commencement of work and 50% upon the date of completion.
• Maintenance fees for the period after completion of initial development and before the first of the following month, will be pro-rated on a daily (calendar) basis.
• Domain name related costs may be invoiced separately.
• We will seek your approval before incurring fees charged by third parties.
• If in the process of redesign or maintenance your site changes tiers, you will be charged the original rate for one month with notification in your invoice that your rate will change the following month.
• Invoices may be paid using PayPal for an additional 5% of cost.
